Had an amazing time with friends! The onsen was a fantastic way to end our days after skiing at Okura Ski Jump Stadium and exploring the local markets. The breakfast buffet offered a great mix of Japanese and American dishes. Super convenient location with easy access to dining and shopping.
The staff at the front desk weren't as welcoming as expected. They seemed a bit rushed and not very open to helping with our queries. It made the check-in and check-out a bit uncomfortable.
